Description
Application to amend the Official Plan (Central Waterfront Secondary Plan) and Zoning By-law at 307 Lake Shore Boulevard East. The proposal is for a 49-storey (155 m) residential tower containing 430 residential units with one level of non-residential potential community space on the second floor.The site is in the Central Waterfront planning area (Keating Channel West Precinct), on a development block that will be created through the planned extension of Queens Quay East and realignment of Parliament Street.
