Description
OPA and Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes the development of a 7-storey retirement residence. The building would provide a total of 141 residential units, being a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. A private driveway access from Bayview Ave along the southern property line would be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 54 parking spaces; as well as 13 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 14,857.04 square metres and a FSI of 2.69. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,515.65 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,063.68 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
