Description

OPA and Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes a mixed-use development consisting of two towers, 65 and 60 storeys in height, with residential and commercial uses at grade. The building will provide a total of 1,278 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building will also provide retail units at grade. A paved access from Taunton Road along the southern property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 127 parking spaces; as well as 1445 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 87,437 square metres and a FSI of 18.1. Additionally, the proposed development provides 3,727.23 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,385.71 square metres of outdoor amenity space.Application revised to consist of two towers, 59-storeys in height, with residential and commercial uses at grade.
