Description
A request to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to facilitate a mixed use development at 75-81 Billy Bishop Way (the "subject lands"). The proposal seeks to permit 5 towers, ranging in height from 21 to 49 storeys and containing 2,055 dwelling units on the subject lands. A total of 151,655 square metres of gross floor area ("GFA") is proposed, which includes 149,161 square metres of residential GFA and 2,493 square metres of non-residential GFA. In addition, a child care centre, privately-owned public space ("POPs"), 911 vehicular parking spaces and 1,603 bicycle parking spaces are proposed throughout the subject lands. Access to parking and loading areas will be facilitated through private laneways located throughout the site.
