Description
Proposal for mid- to high-rise buildings ranging in height from 7 to 46 storeys, with heights decreasing towards the north, as distance from the Mimico GO Station increases. The tallest proposed building includes two towers (32 and 46 storeys) connected by an 8-storey podium with retail uses at grade, a private daycare and office space on upper floors, located along Newcastle Street and Windsor Street. A 14-storey co-operative housing building is proposed along Buckingham Street. A 7-storey mid-rise building containing a shelter facility is proposed along Portland Street. An 987.7sqm parkland dedication is proposed along Portland Street.
