Description

Proposal for a Zoning By-law Amendment to permit infill development allowing for two new six-storey buildings (Building 'A' and Building 'B') fronting on Gosford Boulevard. A total of 135 rental units are being proposed resulting in a residential gross floor area of 14,209.2 square metres. The existing apartment building at 4500 Jane Street is proposed to be retained, while the underground garage will be reconfigured as part of the new development.
