Description

Rezoning application to permit a mixed-use development on the site at 1880-1890 Eglinton Avenue East. The proposal consists of seven (7) development blocks, including 1 block for public parkland purposes, and new streets. Eight (8) buildings are proposed with heights that range from three to 48 storeys. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 325,169 sq. m (292,652 sq. m for residential uses, 18,922 sq. m for retail uses and 13,595 sq. m for office uses), 3,770 residential units and 2,210 vehicle parking spaces. This application is being reviewed concurrently with Draft Plan of Subdivision Application No. 20 209194 ESC 21 SB. The applications are related to Official Plan Amendment Application No. 16 269853 ESC 37 OZ (under appeal).
