Description
The site includes 470, 490 and 530 Wilson Avenue. It is presently occupied by a four-storey commercial office building and two four-storey residential rental buildings that contain a total of 110 rental dwelling units. The applicant proposes to demolish the four-storey commercial office building and the two four-storey residential rental buildings and proposes to construct a 12-storey condominium building (394 units), and a 12-storey rental apartment building (161 units). The condominium and apartment buildings will front onto and obtain access from Wilson Avenue. The condominium and apartment buildings will include office replacement and retail space at grade along Wilson Avenue. The proposed redevelopment also includes three levels of underground parking with a total of 387 spaces. On October 30, 2018 the LPAT issued a decision approving the proposed development.
