Description

Zoning By-law Amendment application for the lands at 1-70 Eglinton Square, 1431 & 1437 Victoria Park Ave, 14, 18, 22 and 26 Engelhart Cres within the Golden Mile Secondary Plan Area to permit a mixed-use development. The application proposes six (6) tall buildings with building heights that range from 20 to 50 storeys and a six-storey mid-rise building. A total gross floor area of 318,654 sq. m (315,845 sq. m for residential uses and 2,809 sq. m for retail uses), 3,618 residential units and an FSI of 4.75 times the area of the lands are proposed. The existing three-storey residential buildings at 14, 18, 22 and 26 Engelhart Cres would be retained. The application is related to Official Plan Amendment application 16 230579 ESC 35 OZ (under appeal).
