Description
Resubmission: Applications to amend the Official Plan and relevant zoning by-laws in order to permit a 780 unit residential development comprised of 20, 19, 15 and 8 storey buildings and two blocks of stacked townhouses. The applicant proposes access to the site via the provision of a 'C' shaped private street and provides 638 vehicular parking spaces associated with the redevelopment. The proposal incorporates the provision of an approximately 1 acre park intended to be conveyed to the City at the easterly end of the development fronting Dunelm Street. 2019 revisd submission to amend the Official Plan and relevant zoning by-laws in order to permit a 640 residential unit proposal comprised of 19 and 18 storey towers and 10 blocks of stacked townhouses . The applicant proposes the provision of a private street and 589 parking spaces associated with the redevelopment. A portion of the site is to be conveyed to the CIty as a Park. Former submission: Application to amend official plan and rezone subject property for a 431 unit mid-rise residential development consisting of two buildings and eleven stacked townhouse buildings.
