Description
Construct an infill development: 37-storey tower-and-base building and 18 unit, stacked townhouse (southern portion of site); a 12-storey mid-rise building and 14 freehold townhouses (northern portion of site). There will be 552 new units in addition to the existing 297 rental units for a total of 849 units. The existing 17-storey rental apartment is to be maintained.
