Description

To permit a new 33-storey mixed use building. The proposed building consists of a four storey base building containing three town-house units, 3,188 sm of office space and 271 sm of commercial space. The 29-storey residential condo tower contains 337 residential units. 164 below below grade parking spaces are proposed in four levels of underground parking.
