Description

An application to amend the Zoning By-law to permit the construction of an 18-storey (59.0 m plus mechanical penthouse) residential (8504.4 sq.m.) and commercial (126 sq.m.) mixed-use building at 1486 Bathurst Street. The building will contain a total of 93 residential units and 77 parking spaces. Access to the underground parking garage and loading space will be from the rear public laneway which will be widened through easements at 5, 11, and 13 Raglan Avenue.
