Description
OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of two 53-storey mixed-use buildings providing residential, and commercial use at grade. The buildings will provide a total of 1,424 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + den and 3-bedroom units. The building will also provide retail units at grade. A paved access from Yeomans road along the southern property line will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 489 parking spaces; as well as 642 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 92,901 square metres and an FSI of 9.4. Additionally, the proposed development provides 3,992 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,713 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
