Description

Application to amend the zoning by-law to permit an additional 913 dwelling units on the site comprising a 30 and 34-storey residential building linked by a 4-storey podium (671 units) and the conversion of the existing 6-storey hotel to a residential building (242 units). 975 parking spaces are proposed on five levels of underground parking. The application proposes a gross floor area of 67,669 square metres and density of 3.0 FSI (including the existing Accolade condominium building and Delmanor retirement residence).
