Description

Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications to permit a mixed-use development comprising a 4-storey stand alone large format retail building along Sheppard Avenue/Consumers Road and three residential buildings along the southern portion of the site with building heights of 26, 34 and 43 storeys. The application proposes 1,100 dwelling units, an overall gross floor area of 82,720 square metres which includes 18,482 square metres of retail/commercial space, 629 retail parking spaces, 941 residential parking spaces and a density of 3.95 FSI. The proposal also includes a new 18.5 metre wide public right-of-way for public road purposes and a 2,160 square metre public park.
