Description
West of Provost, Block 18 (formerly Blk 14). The proposal is for a 33-storey residential building with a total gross floor area of 35,099m2 with retail and townhouse units at grade. Total residential units including the townhouses is 428 units. There will be a total parking supply of 463 in the underground parking accessed from a newly created road, McMahon Drive.
